Easton Suburban Water Authority (ESWA) now offers customers the ability to receive their bills via an email address in place of regular United States Postal Service (USPS) mail.

Participants will be notified via e-mail when their bills are available for online viewing and payment. Notification is sent at the same time of the month when paper bills would have been mailed.
Any late notices or termination notices will arrive via USPS mail only.
Late payment penalties will apply if the amount due is not received by the delinquent date.
Please be sure you are familiar with all aspects of the eBilling Program.

If you do not receive an paperless billing notification within three (3) days of the normal time you would receive your bill, please contact our office at 610-258-7181 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
. Even if you do not receive your paperless billing notification by email, you still can access your account and current billing information through Water Web at www.eswater.net
Your email address is invalid (e.g. misspelled, inactive, etc.)
Your email service provider experiences an interruption in services.
Your email address changes and you do not update your eBilling profile with ESWA.
Your mailbox exceeds its storage limit.
Your email service provider filters e-mails and is preventing receipt of the notification. (Please contact your email service provider concerning filters.)
Enrollment in the plan will remain in effect until your service has been terminated.
You may cancel your enrollment by submitting a completed eBilling Cancellation Form.

If you are participating in the eBilling Program when your account is to be closed, your final bill will be mailed to you via USPS.
