Customer Complaints
At Easton Suburban Water Authority, we do everything we can to meet your needs and keep you satisfied. If we have dropped the ball in any way, we would like a chance to fix the situation. Please, tell us what happened so we can try to make it right again.

Easton Suburban Water Authority will ensure that the complaint has been properly investigated and that the final decision has taken into account your rights as a customer of Easton Suburban Water Authority and our responsibility to serve you.

In the event that you are still not satisfied, you are welcome to bring your complaint before the Easton Suburban Water Authority Board of Directors. The Board meets the second Monday of every month at 3 p.m. in the Easton Suburban Water Authority Board Room located at 3700 Hartley Avenue, Easton, PA 18045. Click for directions.
