Application for Water Service
Need to sign up for water service? It’s simple. Just complete this online form to send us an electronic request for new water service. We’ll be in touch with you soon to make the necessary installation or activation arrangements. Note: A new water service application must be submitted whenever there is a change of tenant and/or owner.

Easton Suburban Water Authority (ESWA) is a municipal authority incorporated in 1957 by the City of Easton to provide high-quality water to the municipalities surrounding the city. ESWA is advised by a nine member Board of Directors that is appointed by the City Council of Easton.

Do you suspect a problem with the quality of your water? No problem. We’ll be glad to check your water quality. However, there may be a fee associated with this test. To inquire about a water quality check, simply complete and submit this online form. One of our friendly representatives will contact you within two days to discuss your concerns and explain the possible charges. Turn Off Service for Repairs
Need to temporarily turn off your water service to make repairs? No problem. It’s easy to request the temporary turn-off of your water service. Simply complete this online form to send us an electronic request. One of our customer service representatives will contact you to address your needs.

Request a Meter Test
If you suspect a problem with your water meter, we’d be glad to check it for you. However, there may be a fee associated. To inquire about a meter test, simply complete and submit this online form. Terminate Service/Request Final Bill
If you need to disconnect your water service, it’s easy to submit a request to do so. Simply complete this online form to send us an electronic request for your service disconnect and final bill. Please allow five days notification before the service is to be disconnected so we can turn off the water at the curb and remove the meter if necessary.

It’s easy to make basic changes to your account information, have your bill sent to a new address, or update your phone number or email address. Simply complete this online form to send us an electronic request to update your customer record. Please allow three days notification before change takes affect.
