Board of Directors
Board of Directors The Board of Directors of the Easton Suburban Water Authority meets on the second Monday of each month at 3 p.m. at the Authority office located at 3700 Hartley Ave. in Palmer Township.

  • DAVID HOPKINS - ASSISTANT SECRETARY OF THE BOARD

  • B.J. METZ, JR. - MEMBER OF THE BOARD
  • JOSEPH MAURO - MEMBER OF THE BOARD
  • MICHAEL McGUIRE - MEMBER OF THE BOARD
  • ROSIE BUKICS - MEMBER OF THE BOARD

Mr. Walker joined the board in 2011. He was appointed the Chairman of the Board, January 2022. Mr. Walker currently serves on the Communications and Public Relations committee.

Wayne Barefoot was appointed to the Easton Suburban Water Authority Board of Directors in March of 2009, where he serves as a member of the Personnel, Wage & Benefits committees.

Ted Veresink was appointed to the Easton Suburban Water Authority Board of Directors in 2009. He serves on the Water Quality and Communication and Public Relations committees.

Mr. Hopkins was appointed to the Easton Suburban Water Authority Board of Directors in 2014. He currently serves on the Capital Improvement and Planning, Water Quality committees.

Tom Rosenbauer was appointed to the Easton Suburban Water Authority Board of Directors in October of 2020, where he serves as head of the Budget & Finance committee.

B.J. was born in Bangor, Pa. On April 19, 1960 and moved with his family to Easton in 1962. He is a graduate of the Easton Area Public School System, graduating in 1978, and earned a B.A. in Economics from Ursinus College in 1982.

Mr. Mauro was appointed to the Board in 2018 where he serves on the Risk Management and Building & Properties Committee.

Dr. Michael P. McGuire was appointed to the Easton Suburban Water Authority Board of Directors in 2021 where he serves on the Water Quality Committee.

Rosie Bukics is the Thomas Roy and Lura Forrest Jones Professor in the Economics Department at Lafayette College.
