ROSIE BUKICS - MEMBER OF THE BOARD

Rosie Bukics is the Thomas Roy and Lura Forrest Jones Professor in the Economics Department at Lafayette College. Prior to joining Lafayette, she was an external auditor with the (then) "Big Eight" firm of Haskins and Sells (now Deloitte and Touche) and an internal auditor for a large public utility.

Courses taught during her tenure at Lafayette College include Financial Accounting, Corporate Governance and Business Ethics, Financial Theory, French Commerce (in France) and International Business. She also has taught short courses in US accounting at the graduate business school in Dijon France for three years.

During her time at Lafayette, she has received 14 teaching and other professional awards while publishing seven books and over 40 professional articles.

She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Scranton and completed her graduate degree at Lehigh University. She also is a CPA in the state of Pennsylvania.

In addition to serving on the board of ESWA, she serves on the Budget and Finance, Personnel, Wage and Benefits committees as well as several other not-for profit boards.
