I hereby authorize Easton Suburban Water Authority (ESWA) to provide me with my water bill at the email address listed on this form. I understand that I must notify ESWA of any change or cancellation in email address, or if I decide to discontinue eBilling. I understand and agree that per the Rules and Regulations of ESWA that failure to receive a bill shall not exempt any customer from payment of the net or gross amount, as the case may be. The presentation of a bill to the Customer is only a matter of accommodation and not a waiver of this Rule.
